Admission Procedure
At Lisieux Matriculation Higher Secondary School, we welcome students who seek quality education in a disciplined, value-based, and caring environment. Admission is open to all students irrespective of caste, creed, or religion, subject to the availability of seats and fulfilment of the admission criteria.
a. Admission Enquiry
Parents or guardians may visit the school office or contact the school through phone or email to obtain information regarding the admission process, eligibility criteria, and fee structure. Application forms can be collected from the school office during working hours.
b. Application Form
The duly filled application form must be submitted along with the following documents:
- Copy of the student’s Birth Certificate
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Copy of the Aadhaar Card
- Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the previous school (for Classes II and above)
- Mark Statement / Report Card of the last attended class
c. Interaction / Entrance Assessment
Kindergarten & Primary Classes
An informal interaction with the child and parents will be conducted to understand the child’s readiness and compatibility with the school environment.
Higher Classes
Students applying for higher classes may be required to attend a written assessment in core subjects to evaluate their academic proficiency and learning level.
d. Admission Confirmation
Admission will be confirmed after successful document verification and completion of the interaction or assessment process. Parents will receive an admission confirmation along with details regarding the fee payment schedule.
e. Fee Payment
The full-year fee must be paid within the stipulated time period to secure admission. Failure to make the payment within the deadline may result in forfeiture of the allotted seat.
f. Orientation
An orientation programme for newly admitted students and parents will be conducted at the beginning of the academic year to familiarize them with the school’s vision, ethos, rules, and academic expectations.
